The hot water/cold water valves in the shower and sinks were "quirky" (you had to turn on the cold water first, and then slowly turn on the hot water) but they worked and it was fine. „Everything was great. The only thing i'd say it be great for improvement is the complimentary breakfast. It was ok, it was not at the restaurant, it was at a small room and although the food was not bad, the setup cheapen the whole stay.“

„Staff at the front desk was kind of rude. The air condotion is unbelievable loud that makes watching TV impossible. Elevator been most of the time very dirty. Fries on the floors. Haven’t got any invoice on the check out. Even after many calls no one send it to my mail. There are much better options in CD Juarez. No more happy hour served. Stay far from this place. “
