It would be nice to have clearer instructions to know that check is on 10th floor. Hotel is pretty nice. Valet attendant on May 9th was EXTREMELY nice as well.“

„Great location and easily walkable. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Only downside is there is no parking so you either have to search or use the valet. We used the valet which was fine but if we wanted to get in our car we had no idea where it was so unload everything you might want to have with you in hotel room. Valet was quick and courteous.“

„You have to lift your luggage by yourself up the staircases, there is no lift and no help. Elderly people shoudl be warned about this. The room looks as if it has been renovated the last time 40 years ago. It was clean but everything was very, very much last century including a carpet. The room was on top smelly. The TV seemed to be 25 years old. The bathroom has no light, the sink to brush my teeth was in the room and you stand on carpet. That's not what I would expect from a hotel today. The ...

The only detail that should be taken into consideration: the size and amount of soap in the bathroom and the lack of water bottles to drink is important.“
