„It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.“

„Rooms were clean and personal was very polite and friendly. The only downside the pool was closed but when we made our reservation we knew about this. I'm pretty sure when they are done with the renovations on the pool area will make it 10 times better “

„Historic looking hotel, with modern flair. Spacious sitting areas in the main hotel lobby area, rooms are good size. Beds are comfortable, good water pressure. Wish our room had a fridge, but we didn't ask about it. They offered a breakfast, but our stay didn't allow us to check it out. Nice alternative to the other commercial brands!“

„Check-in was really easy and the hotel was easy to maneuver around. The room was very clean and the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was the same every morning, sausage link and fake eggs. The parking is free but the lot is small. “

„Sehr, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Zimmer waren erfreulich frisch gestrichen. Das erste Zimmer roch leicht nach Rauch und konnte sofort getauscht werden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.“
