Located on a 200-acre nature preserve filled with native flora and fauna, your group of up to six will love this brand-new 2BR/2BA cottage in a gated community near Kennebunkport. Here, you’ll find a pastoral setting and resort full of amenities such as a 6,000 q/ft clubhouse, gym, fire pit, 2 heated pools (one is a salt water lap pool), and a game room for kids consisting of air hockey, ping pong, poker and shuffleboard.

ABOUT THE COTTAGE

Easy access with a main floor bedroom and a step in shower, your sunny cottage is on a quiet dead end street and overlooks the woods and features a full-size sleeper sofa in both the open-concept living area and den on the main floor.

Kick back and watch a movie in the living room. The adjacent den has its own Roku-equipped 32” LCD cable TV. Be sure to bring your passwords for streaming services.

Prepare meals in the modern, fully-stocked kitchen including drip coffee maker, and enjoy them at the dining table with seating for four. Three more can pull up a seat at the kitchen bar. Or step onto the forested patio with a dining table for eight and a dual-use gas and charcoal grill. There is also a gas fire pit

Your vacation home has two bedrooms. On the main floor, and easily accessible, the first bedroom has a queen-size bed, 32” Roku-equipped LCD cable TV and a large closet. A full bath with a single vanity and handicap accessible step-in shower is located off the main living area.

Also off of the main living area, you’ll find a closet housing a stacked washer/dryer. For your comfort, a digital thermostat is located on both the main and second floors.

Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom, which features a queen-size bed, large closet and 32” Roku-equipped LCD cable TV. Across the hall, the master bath has a walk-in shower.

Each home comes with full linens and one set of towels per guest. So, if the home accommodates 6 people, you'll find 6 sets of towels waiting for you.
Feel free to use the washer and dryer on-site to freshen them up anytime.
Further, Coastal Maine Vacations has you covered with a handy starter kit. We provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soaps, trash bags, and more. While it's not meant to last your entire stay, it's perfect to get you through your first night or two and help you settle in comfortably.
