„The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading. This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but ...

Kenianische Küste: Top-Hotelbewertungen

CityBlue Creekside Hotel & Suites, Mombasa

10/10 Hervorragend

"The structure is new, with good facilities, nesr to the sea, and the city"

Diamonds Malindi

8/10 Gut

"Great Resort with Excellent Staff, but Room for Improvement Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Diamonds Malindi. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. I stayed in a Junior Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. However, at times I would have appreciated a little more attention when ordering drinks at the bar or in the restaurants, as service could occasionally be slow. There were a few issues that prevented me from giving a full 5-star rating. The Wi-Fi in my room only worked reliably when the TV was switched on, which was quite inconvenient. In addition, there was construction work taking place at the Terrace Restaurant during my stay. As a result, construction noise could often be heard from early morning until late in the evening, which affected the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the resort. Another downside was the weekend party events. The music was extremely loud throughout the entire property, and the strong bass vibrations could even be felt while lying in bed. On those nights, it was difficult to sleep before 2:00 a.m. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay and would still recommend Diamonds Malindi to travelers looking for a beautiful beachfront resort with excellent staff and a pleasant overall experience."

Southern Palms Beach Resort

8/10 Gut

"Bis zum Tag der Abreise war alles Bestens. Check out ist schon um 10 Uhr, ab da gilt auch das All Inclusive nicht mehr. Ausser Wasser muss man dann an dem Tag bis zum Flughafen Transfer alles sehr teuer bezahlen. So etwas haben wir vorher noch nie erlebt und wir reisen sehr viel in allen Teilen der Welt"

PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort & Spa Mombasa

10/10 Hervorragend

Serena Beach Resort and Spa

10/10 Hervorragend

"Exceptional Stay – Truly 5-Star Experience I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with excellent amenities and attention to detail. The food was outstanding, and the hotel’s facilities were well maintained and impressive. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the high level of service provided by the entire team. What really made the experience special was the attention to detail and the way the staff made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, excellent service, and a truly memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again!"
