The only issue we had was receiving messages through Vrbo but I was able to contact the owner directly to get the information we needed. They were very friendly and helpful. „There was hair in the bed when I folded back the sheets. The bathroom tiles were falling off the walls. The shower water wouldn't maintain temperature. When we asked for a different room, or a partial refund we were refused. Ended up leaving and booking somewhere else even though this room was paid for multiple nights.“
