„These houses are located in such a cute neighborhood with a great park and little beach just around the corner. The exteriors don’t look like anything special but the interior spaces have all been remodeled. The main beach house is definitely the nicer of the two, with plenty of room to host a family gathering. It could have used a little exterior cleaning on the patio furniture, sliding doors and windows, but some of that is to be expected at the beach. The beach cottage requires climbing ...

„This was a great space for six adults. Easily parked 3 cars. Clean. Two refrigerators with freezers were nice to have. Kitchen has plenty of plates, cups, glasses. A little light on the silverware (only 4 butter knives). No measuring cups or spoons and only one small sheet pan. Rear decking can be precarious in some spots.
