"Absolutely the best of the best! The Anvaya Beach Resort in Kuta, Bali is pure perfection. The service is outstanding — attentive, professional, and never intrusive. Every area of the resort, from the public spaces to the rooms, is spotless clean. The breakfast buffet is beyond incredible — easily the most amazing I’ve ever experienced, with around 20 different hot and cold dishes. There’s even a shawarma spit, sushi, and tandoori chicken! The location is safe and perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. A special mention to Agus Kreshna at the reception — one of the most helpful, friendly, and genuinely funny receptionists I’ve ever met. Truly an outstanding employee who made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended in every way — five stars without hesitation!"

"The staff were absolutely wonderful — especially the lovely ladies who made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, the rest didn’t meet our expectations. Our room felt like a basement: dark, noisy, and with an awkward view of people being massaged. The fridge was super loud, and the hotel overall very echoey — sleep was hard to come by. The cascading pools looked nice, but the upper one was knee-deep, the main pool freezing, and the valley view overgrown. The yoga shala is beautiful, yet only one class at 7:30 a.m. feels limiting. Restaurant seating was uncomfortable, and the gold “special dinner” chairs felt out of place. Check-in and check-out times are also quite strict. Despite the great service, the hotel simply wasn’t our vibe — Bali has so many other charming options. "
