„I had a fantastic time at the hotel. Everyone was super nice and helpful, as usual in Japan. The room was well-maintained and cleaned regularly. The connection to the train system was also excellent. Everything you could need was right next to the hotel: groceries, general shops, and bars. The breakfast was also plentiful, and if you didn't use it, you could redeem the breakfast voucher at the restaurant later in the day. I would choose this hotel again anytime.“

„This is seriously the most kid friendly hotel I've ever stayed in. They had kid sized jammies and slippers plus tons of toys, books, and coloring books for the kids to borrow during their stay. My only complaint is that the breakfast only includes certain foods during the weekend. It was hard to find food for my kids during the week. “

„Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten am Tag des Check-Ins wie am Tag des Check-Outs unsere Koffer für mehrere Stunden im Foyer parken. Wir haben beim Check-in dann auch Marken fürs Frühstück bekommen, was wir nicht auf dem Schirm hatten, uns demnach aber sehr positiv überrascht hatte. „Stayed here for StarWars Celebration weekend and it was an awesome hotel to stay at. Super quiet, great breakfast buffet in morning and so many great amenities from Free bar area, wine, bucket of ice or water, and it was a HUGE and spacious room. Also had a mini hot tub with TV in shower room which was a cool experience. Definitely a place to stay if you’re in area with monorail nearby and train/ bus station 5 min walk away that has bus stop that’ll take you straight to airport. “
