Need more than 4 bedrooms but have 8 guests or fewer?

No problem! We understand that guests may prefer separate bedrooms rather than sharing. Simply enquire before booking, and our team will be happy to assist with additional bedroom access and pricing.

For groups of more than 8 guests: An additional fee of $120 per person per night applies, up to a maximum of 14 guests. Bedroom access will be arranged according to your confirmed booking.

Important Information & House Rules

Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted due to the unfenced yard and high kangaroo activity.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be mindful of noise and our peaceful rural surroundings.

No Parties or Events: Parties, weddings, events and large gatherings are not permitted.

Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the booking are permitted. Visitors require prior written approval.

Security: External security cameras and noise monitoring devices may be installed where disclosed. Noise monitoring devices do not record conversations.

Pricing: Standard rates include up to 8 guests with access to 4 bedrooms. Additional guests are charged at $120 per person per night. Extra bedrooms can also be requested for smaller groups at an additional cost. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable.

Check-in: Your access code will be sent via SMS shortly before 3:00pm on your arrival day.

Linen: Bed linen and one bath towel per person are provided. Additional towels are recommended for longer stays.

Guest Registration: All guests must complete electronic registration before arrival, including photo ID verification and guest contact details. Access codes are released to registered and verified guests only.

Travel Insurance: We recommend domestic travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.
