The house is located next to the river that crosses the town of Lixouri. It is a unique accommodation because while it is located just 500 m from the main square of the city, it is surrounded by a large and unique garden with lemon trees, orange trees, rose bushes and lavender. The visitor can sit in the different corners of the garden, or under the pergola and enjoy the coolness, the tranquility, the beauty and the serenity of the environment, or relax by sunbathing.
The house is ground floor has a surface of 65 m2 and consists of two elegant bedrooms each with its own terrace, a bathroom and a bright and comfortable living room, as well as a spacious kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. All the interiors have separate terraces and views of the beautiful garden and the river. It is fully equipped and can accommodate from 4 to 6 persons.
In combination with the accommodation RIVER 2, which can accommodate from 6 to 8 people, they can become an ideal place for large groups (10 - 14 people in total).
Also RIVER 1 and RIVER 2 each have a separate autonomous input.
