„I was never so disgusted with a room. I booked it on Expedia, and there was no mention of smoking or non-smoking rooms. When we checked in late at night, we were too tired to leave and find another hotel even though it was run down and we feared the rooms would be bad. The room smelled of heavy, disgusting, old smoke. „The sheets and pillows were clean and nice. The property was very old but in relatively good condition. The air and heat worked great. The tv was big, nice, and new. Our microwave went out the second night and they bought a new one and put it in. The fridge worked fine. „This property is at the end of its lifetime that’s for sure. It needs a complete upgrade. Stayed in the exact same hotel in Rochester Hills MI literally the night before. Night and day difference. Bed and pillows were awful, bathroom was dirty, still had q-tips in the trash and hair in the shower. Bathtub didn’t drain properly, so you’re standing in water ankle deep for your whole shower.
And PLEASE take the coffee maker out of the bathroom. I’ve heard way too many gross stories to ever ...

„Property was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly. Biggest issue was that the property was LOUD. If anyone in the room used the tub/shower it was very loud in the room. Neighboring room’s TV could easily be heard through the wall. All doors slammed shut (no soft closers). Was hard to get comfortable with so much noise all through the night. Breakfast was average.
