„Really cool historic cabin! Close to the Middletown main street. Me and my wife cooked in the cabin just about every night, pots plates and silverware stocked. Gas fireplace was powerful and heated the whole cabin easily on cold nights. Great antiques items scattered around the cabin. Was very quiet and a great place to be. Nearby attractions that were cool to see were the original Washington Monument and Surrybrook gardens - beautiful place to stroll around. Frederick was not far - awesome ...

„This is a beautiful, clean, traquil and relaxing home away from home. The beds are comfortable, the living space is open and full of light during the day. The hosts have made great efforts to make this a family and/or couple friendly destination. Our dog was welcomed and enjoyed her stay (being with her people). The views are spectacular.“

„We had a wonderful stay. Fantastic views from this cabin -- literally on top of the mountain. Hot tub was great, love the rocking chairs on the front porch, and really appreciate the games and "activites" in the house (like the basetball game in the basement). It was easy to bring our teenage boys and enjoy some down time for spring break. I'm sure the roads would be dicey in the winter but loved it and would definately stay there again.“

„It was ok. To get entry code one day ahead, I had to call. Customer service is awesome. Spoke to Westa, she was very helpful. Initially right after checking in there was some odor a, house is lot opened for a while. AC was irregular- cold in 1st level but feel hot upper levels. One would feel cold air hitting feet while standing near kitchen sink! Bathroom were new. Not extra towels or sheets! Kitchen is well stocked with utensils.we left specula/ tongs as well.
