You’ll find a fully equipped bathroom with towels, shower gels, and a hairdryer, along with a kitchen stocked with a fridge, stove, microwave, and cooking essentials. The living room invites you to relax with a TV and dining table, plus central heating and Wi-Fi to keep you comfortable. We hope you love your stay!

Feel free to make yourself at home in the apartment! You’ll have full access to all the amenities like the cozy heating system, a well-equipped kitchen, luxurious bathroom products, and your very own private balcony to enjoy.

Plus, it’s super convenient—just 50 meters from the Gondola Ski lift! You’ll also find some delicious dining options nearby, like Gamarjoba and Askanel, along with a Spar market for all your essentials. Enjoy your stay!

In Gudauri, you won't find public transport, but don't worry! We’ll ensure you have all the necessary information to find your way around. Whether you want to check out local attractions or hit the slopes, everything is easy to reach and enjoy.
