The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is flooded with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, perfectly framing the lake and mountain backdrop.



Step outside onto the private balconies for your morning coffee or evening wine, watching the colours change across Lake Wakatipu. The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, while thoughtful touches, quality linen, heating, air conditioning, and a gas fireplace ensure year-round comfort.

Bedding configuration

Bedroom 1: King bed, clothing storage, ensuite with walk-in shower, views of the lake and access to the main balcony.

Bedroom 2: Super King bed (can split into 2 singles), clothing storage, ensuite with walk-in shower and a bathtub, plus access to a balcony.

Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.



Baby Accessories:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

Parking note

- One dedicated, secure, indoor car park is included free of charge and is located approximately 250 metres from the building entrance.

- A short-term drop-off zone is available directly outside the building for luggage and passengers

- On-street parking nearby is first-come, first-served

- The allocated space fits cars and large SUVs but not campervans

- Campervans and oversized vehicles must park on the street



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony. Secure off-street parking is available, and self check-in makes arrival easy and flexible.

Set in the peaceful lakeside suburb of Kelvin Heights, the apartment sits beside Kawarau Village, a charming waterfront hub just a short walk away.
