„It has been more than 10 years that we came back to Kauai. We were specifically looking for place away from the tourists spaces and any crowds. Nene nest was that spot. A very low key area in a local neighbourhood with its historic ambience. And yes there are roosters! Kekaha Beach is a wonderful place overlooking Niihau where you can spend time walking for hours. „My wife and I spent a wonderful week at this cottage for our honeymoon. We had done our research and reviewed this listing carefully, but walking up to the cottage and opening the door took our breath away. While the cottage is older, it is in exquisite condition, and the owners have gone above and beyond to make it feel like home. The house is very clean, the beds are very comfortable , and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed eating our meals at the outside table. I would stay here again ...

„This has to be one of the most amazing rental's my wife and I have stayed in on vacation. The grounds are shrouded with native landscaping that offers privacy and a true sense of being in Hawaii. We couldn't have asked for anything more--ideal location, beautifully furnished, fully equipped kitchen and amenities, and all beach and activity gear (beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes. beach blankets). „Place was great! Great location and plenty of room for all. A few of the appliances however, do need replacement. The refrigerator & freezer was not working when we arrived and the sink/dishwasher had a slight leak underneath the cabinet. Fortunately our food was able to make it as management brought a smaller refrigerator replacement to get through the week. Otherwise, everything was great.“
