"Hotelanlage ist sehr gut gepflegt. Nur die Stühle auf den Balkonen könnten einen neuen Bezug vertragen. Das Buffet in The Kitchen bietet eine breite Auswahl an Speisen. Die Auswahl an veganen Gerichten ist sehr klein und beschränkt sich hauptsächlich auf Beilagen. Auf Anfrage wurden vegane Speisen zubereitet. Man kann hier jedoch nicht den Standard eines guten veganen Restaurants erwarten. Am Hotel vorbei verläuft ein wunderschöner Fußweg nach Norden und Süden - Perfekt um sich die Füße zu vertreten."

"Das Zimmer war groß und Liegen, Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher waren schon im Preis dabei. Das Frühstück war leider jeden Tag fast gleich und das Abendessen war nicht besonders lecker. Insgesamt war es ganz okay, aber nichts Besonderes."

"We stayed for four nights and overall had a positive experience. The hotel is beautiful, modern, stylish and very clean. The staff were also consistently friendly and genuinely helpful. Whenever we had an issue, they tried to find a solution. However, the hotel still feels like it is finding its footing. At times, staff seemed unsure about procedures, what was included or what they were allowed to offer, which made the service feel somewhat unorganized. We also felt the hotel lacks a clear concept. It presents itself as a luxury spa and relaxation hotel, but children are allowed to run around the cabana area, which can be disruptive for guests looking for peace and quiet. A clearer separation of family and relaxation areas would help. The housekeeping concept was another disappointment. Fresh towels are only provided every three days and cleaning is very limited. For almost €900 for four nights, we expected a higher standard. There were also no towels available in the sauna during any of our three visits, which may explain why guests were taking them from their rooms. Bathrobes and slippers, which were stated as included when booking, were also missing. If housekeeping is limited, basic cleaning essentials such as a broom should at least be provided in the apartments. Finally, service at the pool bar and restaurant was quite slow, with drinks sometimes taking around 40 minutes despite there being there being very few guests."

"Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Badezimmer ist ein Gedicht. Die Tiefgarage ist ziemlich eng und bietet wenig Platz. Sonst war alles zu unser Zufriedenheit."

"Eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage,saubere und komfortable Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Frühstücks Buffet zum wünschen,alles dabei und es fehlt an nichts. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit,wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Allerdings sind an einigen Stellen bereits deutliche Gebrauchsspuren erkennbar. So fiel beispielsweise im Spa-Bereich die von innen sichtbare, teilweise abgenützte Außendecke auf. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, bei der Sauberkeit besteht jedoch noch Verbesserungspotenzial: An der Decke befanden sich Spinnweben und der Teppich wies bereits einige Flecken auf. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet, das vielfältig ist. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt, trotz der genannten Mängel, als angenehm empfunden."
