„When arriving at cozy cottage, the checking in information was very helpful, and easy for managing the code to unlock the front door. We were going through closing on the purchase of our new home, and we were so grateful to have found such a “Cozy” suite to keep our pets comfortable, and stress free during this time of transition. „Great stay, clean, close to everything, couldn't reccomend enough“

„Andrew was an awesome host! Always available to answer questions, very responsive, helpful, cheery & respectful. I LOVED this property! It is so unique! I stayed with my husband & medium-sized pup. It is so charming & well outfitted. I loved the antique furnishings that melded so well with the modern amenities. „Love this golfer friendly home with the perfect layout and great location. We visited for a quick weekend to play golf at Pinehurst with our son and his girlfriend. We enjoyed the sunroom for college football games in the evening. It was great to have garage access since it was a wet weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house had the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and cool Pinehurst Golf decor. We will stay here again!“

„Terrific stay!“

„It was a comfortable stay for 2 people. It is super quiet! Only issue is the parking. Only one spot for 2 units. One night we had to park on the street and walk in the dark to get to the back of the house (lights were on the steps) other than the parking (I use a cane) it was a nice retreat instead of the bustle of a hotel.“

„This was the perfect property for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Pinehurst and surrounding a areas. Plenty of parking on the property including a 2-car garage which we didn't use. Description on VRBO is great. In addition, there are plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans and supplies for your stay. Finally, our host was very helpful getting us into the property and was good enough to send us an item we had left in the house.  ...
