„I visited for a few days to get some peace and quiet away from Houston. I brought my 74yr old mother with me because she loves to fish and doesn’t have much opportunity anymore. We both had a wonderful stay. I loved drinking coffee on the screened porch while listening to the birds and frogs and looking at the beautiful waterway. My mother caught over 30 fish including bream, crappie, and catfish. It was everything I had hoped it would be.“

„This is a great place to stay, the boat ramp is right next door with a $5 launch fee…easy to charge boat batteries, grills, outdoor seating, full fridge and freezer, coffee pot, microwave comfortable bed…we fished and just pulled up on the bank to take a break at the inn and just headed back out….they had kayaks and canoes to use but we had our boat so we didn’t use them but saw others using them….there was a dock that others were fishing from…nice vibe at night with all the lights…would ...

„The Gator Den was such a blast! Absolutely a beautiful property, so many perks and amenities. Easy to park, walking distance to Tuckers boat launch, and the owners are incredibly helpful. 5 21 year old women were able to have fun comfortably and celebrate our friend getting married. The only suggestion I could even add is a curtain to cover the sliding glass door bc it is very easy to see in at night. Other than that, it’s a perfect place to stay!“

„Getting to the house was quite easy - not far off the highway. Once you get there, it is so quiet and peaceful! It is an older home so not a lot of "fluff" to WOW you (everything that was needed was there), but having all the bedrooms and beds for us all was a HUGE asset! There were 11 of us and plenty of room to spread out. Sitting out on the deck in the evening was nice. „We found the house to be rustic-modern. Great retreat for our family as we fished on Caddo. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the property amenities like the canoes and lake front across the street, but it was a big part of the decision to be rent. Comfortable living room for all of us and good wifi made movie watching while off the lake a nice treat (and helped us tackle a remote day working without skipping a beat).“
