„We had a great stay in this hotel, located perfectly central to Santiago monument, easily accessible from all over. Convenience is at the center of this stay. Staff was very helpful and responded quickly to requests. Only noting that housekeeping was slightly forgetful of a few amenities on our 4 day stay, however when made aware service was fast and friendly. Would like to see expresso and cappuccino options at breakfast and more fresh locally sourced food items, less processed items (cakes) ...
