„The hotel is very well located in the old town of Cartagena. It is not too big (just over 20 rooms) and offers great facilities which we fully enjoyed - roof top Jacuzzi and relaxation area, the top rated restaurant 'Carmen', and very friendly staff.“

„Top Lage direkt in der Altstadt! Ansonsten wirkt das Hotel auf den ersten Blick ganz nett auf den zweiten Blick ist es eher abgewohnt und sehr hellhörig! Das Personal ist bemüht aber meistens nicht hilfreich! Perfect location in the middle of the old town! First impression of the hotel is nice, second impression shabby & run down as well as quite noisy! Breakfast has also room for improvement! Staff is friendly but in most cases not really helpful! “
