„Asish, Abhishek, Rupali, Akash ( house keeping) , Anamika, Praveen, Rupa ( check in), and the naturalists, shanmugam and vishnu were the best! Hospitality, food quality, service were the Best we have experienced across globe. Shanmugam’s knowledge of the forest, animals, birds is another level. Vishnu was a wonderful safari host who showed a great deal of the foresf and the animals. Thank you to all the staff. We will be back. They deserve a 12 out of 10 rating“

„Beautiful property, serene and tranquil “

„We stayed two nights in this really beautiful place, embedded in lush surrounding. It was so peaceful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went with on a morning walk in the surrounding forest, guided by a very talented member of the staff who could show us lots of things! There was also good spa and a restaurant which served all kind of food. The pool was also nice. The place is fantastic, we really recommend a visit there!“

„This is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature. The rooms are magnificent, with a balcony overlooking the grounds and lake. The large bed was very comfortable and the staff efficient and friendly. The chef is amazing! Try the Goan fish curry. “

„Good experience. Enjoyed the room, food, and other facilities. Only point - better communication on the safari timings would have helped. I rushed and reached as per the communication, and came to know that i cannot join the Safari, as the reporting time was 1 hour earlier and this was not communicated to me.“

„This was a scam. The property was advertised as having a pool and spa, which was a key reason for booking. On arrival, we were redirected to Pattisons Boutique, which has neither facility. Being told to drive to another hotel to use these amenities was not what was advertised or agreed upon. I would like a partial refund for the amount paid toward the pool and spa facilities. Otherwise, the staff were polite and helpful, and the estate was beautiful.“

„Excellent food and stay at the resort. Beautiful location. Good roads. The entire Waynad is amazing - with an abundance of tropical vegetation. Very pricey - though.“
