The Space & Sleeping Arrangements
Comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests, our apartment features:
Bedroom 1: 1 Double Bed.
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (perfect for children or friends).
Living Room: A cozy living area with 2 sofa beds that easily convert into comfortable sleeping spaces.
Balcony: Equipped with a table and chairs—ideal for dining while watching the sunset over the Aegean Sea.
Kitchen & Dining
A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, featuring a stove, refrigerator, and all the essential cookware and utensils you need to prepare fresh local dishes. Enjoy your breakfast on the scenic balcony!
Bathrooms & Amenities
For your convenience, the apartment has two separate toilet facilities:
1 Full Bathroom equipped with a modern shower cabin, sink, and toilet.
1 Separate Traditional Toilet (Turkish style).
Fresh towels, shampoo, a hairdryer, and a washing machine for your laundry needs are fully provided.
Location, Parking & Access
The Beach: Because our house is elevated to capture the best panoramic views, walking back from the beach can be a bit of a steep uphill climb (about a 15-minute walk). However, the beautiful local beaches are just a 5-minute drive away.
Parking: Free and safe street parking is available directly in front of the house.
Things to Note
Privacy: After entering through the shared garden gate, you will use your own private, secure entrance door that leads to your apartment. The stairs continue to upper floors, but your flat is entirely self-contained and private.
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available but please note that due to the regional infrastructure, the connection is slow. It is perfect for checking emails or basic browsing, but not suitable for heavy streaming or remote work video calls.
A/C: Air conditioning is available to keep you cool during the warm summer days.
