Other Things to Note

After booking, guests will receive a Home Use Agreement to sign and return to finalize the reservation.

IMPORTANT: Our HOA provides regular pest control, but due to Maui’s tropical environment, occasional sightings of ants, geckos, or insects may occur. Keeping lanai doors closed helps minimize this. Sightings do not qualify for refunds or rental adjustments.
