We had a good time staying at this VRBO. We chose it for its central location and beach views, which didn't disappoint. The property manager was very responsive and the listing is pretty accurate. This VRBO is essentially a hotel room in terms of size and layout, as well as building setup. Just know that you might hear doors close, water moving in pipes, toilets, outside guests, etc. Roosters are a thing on Kauai and they are a thing here, starting at 5am, not sure that will change anywhere you stay on-island. We used ear plugs, but we sleep light.Parking can be a struggle after 7pm and you may have to park on the street. We found the area to have so many conveniences that it made up for the perceived shortcomings in our eyes. There is a grocery store a short walk away, great path outside with restaurants nearby, easy highway access and central location to drive north or south. Decent stay for the price. There is a pool and the grounds are well kept. Great sunrises from this property as well. We won't frequent this VRBO in the future, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't.

The room was excellent, and the view even better. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. I also enjoyed the mindful details, like conveniently located charging ports and bathroom night light.

Wonderful location. Beach and bike bath on one side. Coconut market place on the other. Clean and great communication. The only changes needed were small ones due to being at the ocean- new lamp shades and shower curtain.

Our stay was good. The bed was a bit hard for me and it was a lot of stairs to go up and down with a bad back. I didn't have the back problem when we originally made the reservation. The shower drain wasn't working well, but it was fixed 2 days later. They did give us a $75 credit for dealing with the shower drain issue for 2 days. The photos make the unit look bigger and much brighter. It is actually quite dark inside both the bathroom and the main room. The balcony is a great addition to the room and we loved sitting outside in the lounge chairs. We didn't use the pool area.

We loved our stay- the suite was just as advertised, clean, comfortable and the location was perfect for quiet days at the beach and easy to access food and shopping. The lanai was our favourite part-nothing beats starting your day with coffee overlooking the waves! We would definitely come back.

Everything was perfect and as shown in photos. There are lots of nice restaurants, shops, and activities within a less than 5-10 minute drive. Is easy to walk to lots of different things from the location. You can drive to anywhere on the island in around an hour or less, even the furthest parts of the island. Walmart is 15 minutes away. Very relaxed and quiet environment. We went for our honeymoon and it was perfect.

First time in Kauai for myself and hubby. The room was perfect for us, we loved the view from the balcony. We didn’t have any issues, didn’t have to communicate with the owner. The room was clean and comfortable, so glad I we had AC. There’s plenty of restaurants in the area that you can walk to. Staying in Kapaa was perfect because you are in the center to the north and south. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed for the second half of our trip. Everything was perfect! In addition to 5 star cleanliness, communication, location and ease of check in we also loved the location and view of this particular unit/building. Steps from the ocean, pool, tiki bar and hot tub…couldn’t be better! The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We also loved having options for groceries, shopping, and restaurants within a short walk. In room amenities worked well… mini fridge, water pressure, keurig, air conditioning, blow dryer, and comfortable bed. It was also nice to have beach chairs in front of the building on the beach and available backpack Tommy Bahama chairs to take with when visiting other beaches. Previous review mentioned that the table height was low and therefore view was obstructed by the balcony railing. Owner obviously pays attention to feedback because the table on the balcony has been replaced and is now bar height. If you stay here be sure to check out the Island Grill for affordable, quick, and delicious fish tacos!

I really liked this condo. 11 out of 11. Clean, quiet and well stocked with towels (bath and beach). It was conveniently located, not far from the airport (important on an island, unless you're never leaving...) and basically right in the middle of the traversable parts of the island, so one could get to either the west or north sides in about the same amount of time. The nearby town was very nice, offering various dining options. And it's Hawaii, so it's gonna be nicer than wherever you usually spend your dreary days. Thanks for the nice stay!

The location of this property is amazing! It’s right on the beach with amazing views of the ocean! There are local shops and restaurants within walking distance. It’s about a 45 minute drive to the north side and about the same to the west side - traffic dependent. The space itself is as described with all the extras needed for an unforgettable trip. We would stay here again!

Loved waking up to the surf and the sunrise just by accessing the patio. This convenient spot was close to the coastal tail, many hikes and some great dining options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

What an amazing location. The place was clean, centrally located, and had a great view. We loved being able to watch the sunrise each morning, having the marketplace so close, and enjoying a walk each day. There was a Monk Seal who would lounge on the beach in front of the property each morning. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back.
