Genießen Sie den Komfort unserer umgestalteten Ein-Zimmer-, 1 Bad-Eigentumswohnung. Stellen Sie sich vor, 75 Schritte von einem kilometerlangen goldenen Sandstrand am Ostufer von Kauai zu sein. Von Ihrer privaten Terrasse mit freiem Blick auf den Pazifischen Ozean können Sie die unglaublichen Sonnenaufgänge beobachten und den beruhigenden Klängen des Meeres lauschen.
Unsere Eigentumswohnung ist eine Nichtraucher-Eck-Einheit im 2. Stock, die komplett renoviert wurde. In unserer voll ausgestatteten Küche wurden maßgefertigte Kirschschränke und Granitarbeitsflächen installiert. Porzellanfliesen zieren den Eingang, Badezimmer und Küche. Das Badezimmer hat eine große begehbare Dusche.

Die Wohnung verfügt über alle oben aufgeführten Annehmlichkeiten. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören eine KOSTENLOSE WLAN-Internetverbindung, HD-TV mit On-Demand, Strandspielzeug, Stühle, Kühler, Sonnenschirme, Boogie Boards und Tennisschläger für Ihren Aufenthalt in unserer Wohnanlage.

Das Pono Kai Resort ist eine Nichtraucherunterkunft. Das Resort bietet eine Rezeption, die rund um die Uhr an 7 Tagen in der Woche besetzt ist. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze vor Ort. Jedes Gebäude verfügt über eine Münzwäscherei und einen Aufzug. Das Gelände ist wunderschön mit weitläufigen Rasenflächen, einem Kräutergarten, so dass Sie frische Kräuter für Ihre Mahlzeiten und einen Koi-Teich pflücken können. Zu Ihrer Bequemlichkeit gibt es einen Aktivitätenschalter, damit Sie Ihre Inselabenteuer arrangieren können. Ein Trainingsraum wurde ebenfalls hinzugefügt. Ein fünf Kilometer langer Küstenweg befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vor unserer Wohnung. Es gibt einen Pool- / Wellnessbereich und 2 Tennisplätze sowie viele andere Aktivitäten in der Unterkunft.

A home away from home!

The condo was equipped with everything required for our stay on Kauai. From the kitchen utensils to beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. There was nothing we needed to buy. The location created a beautiful view from the lanai. The owners were fabulous hosts, so kind and caring. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Kauai get away.

Just a perfect piece of paradise.The condo resort has everything you need. The location is excellent, and the sunrises viewed from the lanai are spectacular. There is a beach front path that allows walking to restaurants great food trucks nearby. The inside of the condo was fully renovated with new modern appliances if you wanted to stay in a cook. There are also newer Weber grills out by the pool are if you want to BBQ. We had the best time during our stay and hope to visit again. Just Perfect!!!

Just perfect.

Great place. The resort has everything you need. The location is excellent. Beach walk right out front. We rented bikes and rode the most scenic paved Kauai trail (14km) past Keālia beach. We could walk to restaurants and enjoyed the food trucks nearby. If you wanted to cook, the kitchen was fully equipped and had common condiments. We hope to come again soon. Thanks so much.

Condo is located in a great central location, access to both sides of the island, close to shopping, just far enough from the airport. Nice complex, with a pool & hot tub, games available on the property. Also you can sign up for a nice chair massage by Kimo. The condo has literally everything that you need. It wasn’t hard to settle in & make ourselves at home. The extra touches go a long way in making you feel right at home. The view from the deck is really wonderful. Sunrises are extra special. The walking path is a bonus and the beach is right thetr when you walk out to the walking path I didnt swim there,but it's a nice place to hang out. You can walk io all kinds of shopping, restaurants and other activities. Shirley was wonderful to work with, very responsive and super nice!

Loved Our Stay!!!

This condo was absolutely incredible; extremely clean, spacious and peaceful. The hosts, Shirley and Tony, are the best! Their communication with us was exceptional, and they were responsive to anything we might have needed. Located on the 2nd floor, the condo is only 100 feet from the ocean, and has a fantastic ocean view from the kitchen, living room and balcony. It was wonderful to be able to hear the gentle ocean waves. The unit was tastefully decorated, and all of the furniture was very comfortable, including the bed. The full-size kitchen has high-quality appliances and was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare food and drinks. We really appreciated the A/C in the living room and bedroom. The building has an elevator which was very convenient. There were plenty of toiletries and everything you need for the beach including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, etc. Kapaa was the perfect middle ground town with only a 20-30 minute drive to the north and south shores of the island. We will definitely stay at Shirley and Tony’s condo again the next time we visit Kauai.

Great condo and location, would highly recommend.

This was a great condo that I’m definitely interested in staying at again. I appreciated how open and minimalist the layout was while still being well equipped and furnished. Steps away from the ocean and right on the edge of historic Kapa’a, one would be hard pressed for a better location. Check-in and check-out was easy and communication with the host was smooth. 10:00 am check-out was a little early, but you can arrange later if available, and if it was that important to me, I would have. I would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful second floor condo with a direct view of the Pacific Ocean and spectacular sunrises. Pono Kai is centrally located in Kauai so trips to the north and south are easy to plan. This condo had the perfect amount of space for 2 adults. The east facing (sunrise) living space has plenty of room to move and relax. The living room opens to a beautiful balcony with plenty of room to sit and read or just take in the relaxing views and sounds of the surf. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook meals in or just to store the basics and eat out. The cherry cabinets and granite countertops make it obvious that you are staying in a quality condo. The bedroom with a queen bed has all you need to unpack for an extended or short vacation - plenty of closet and drawer storage. Perfect sized safe tucked away in the closet. The large window opens to a rarely used walk space, but can be shaded with lovely privacy shutters. Our favorite space was the beautiful tiled bath. The large walk-in elegant shower was the reason we chose this unit. There is plenty of counter space and more than needed storage. Restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, souvenir shops, bike rentals, and an ocean side bike/walk path are steps away. Shirley was wonderful to work with. You can book with confidence when booking this condo.

Great sunrise.

Comfortable condo in central (east coast) tourist part of Kauai. Easy to get north or south (even though traffic can be quite crazy on Kauai, with a constant flow of cars). You can also just walk right out to restaurants and shops, or stroll along the oceanfront path. Major shopping and markets are close by walking or car. Condo has pretty much everything you need for a nice stay. Although we barely used the kitchen, it has absolutely everything you need. Be cautious not to leave anything out or it will be attacked by little bugs! The direct sunrise is quite amazing and completely unobstructed. Wow! AC in living area and bedroom is fantastic (and a must in muggy hot August!). WiFi was nice and fast. Bathroom is super, and with a walk-in shower. Building in the community is a bit on the older side, but the maintenance team is always out and about keeping things kept up. The walls are quite thin and we did hear footsteps and talking/music from both neighbors above and below us, but it didn’t really bother us, as we were out and about most of the time. We are glad we booked this place rather than a hotel for this round in Hawaii. Mahalo Shirley and Tony!!

Fantastic view and great location

We’ll equipped, clean, and comfortable. The ocean view is stunning. Watch the sunrise and fishing boats leaving the adjacent small harbor. The location is perfect, easy walk down the path to several restaurants and shops. Wonderful Sea View Apartment

We stayed at the arpartment for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoy our stay feelli g right at home From the outset Shirley was easy to deal with and was able to offer us as first time visitors to Kauai lots of useful advice. The complex and the apartment is easy to find and front desk staff helpful which made check in a breeze The apartment itself is larger than we expected a one bedroom unit to be and was comfortably furnished and well equipped and provisioned. Sittin on balcony watch the sunrise over the sea and having coffee and breakfast was a great way to start the day. The location of the apartment is great as well - being centrally located it was easy to explore the whole island. We have fallen in love with Kauai and will be back again - hooefully we can get ouraelves sufficiently organised to stay in Shirely's apartment again Thanks for a great stay

The Perfect Stay

Everything is as advertised. Super clean and wonderful local touches throughout. Also, this is a great resort with endless things to do with your family and the resort is right in the middle of Kapaa Town. Walk to nearly anything. Thanks again for a great stay!

Amazing views!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo to attend our nieces wedding. We are so glad we did! Perfect mid Island location for easy access to Poipu or Princeville areas. Condo was beautifully decorated with attention to all the possible amenities any visitors might need. We appreciated the ice packs and chests as we traveled around the island. Don’t miss Java Kai for breakfast! We would definitely stay here again!
