LAGE, LAGE, LAGE. Ja, wir befinden uns an der malerischen und historischen Ostküste von Kauai, der Royal Coconut Coast und der Stadt Kapaa. 3 Minuten. zu Fuß zum Strand, 3 Pools, 2 Whirlpools.
Kann zu Stränden gehen, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wandern & entlang der berühmten & geliebten 8 Meile, Oceanside Walking / Radweg & vieles mehr.
Zentral auf der Insel, 15 Minuten. vom Flughafen.
Das Resort ist ein zweistöckiger Apartmentkomplex im hawaiianischen Plantagenstil.
Von hier aus können Sie in 30 Minuten nach Hanalei (Norden) und in 30 Minuten nach Poipu (Süden) fahren.
Wenn Sie kein Auto mieten möchten, hält die Buslinie Kauai in unmittelbarer Nähe.
C-6 ist eine neu renovierte Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit verjüngendem Blick auf den Garten und den Pool von der Veranda / Terrasse.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein einladendes High-End-Queensize-Bett, das mit luxuriöser Bettwäsche mit hoher Fadenzahl und wunderschönen Palisander-Möbeln geschmückt ist. Ein Queen-Ausziehsofa oder ein Luftbett bietet Platz für 1 oder 2 Gäste.
Neue, elegante Ahornschränke, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granitoberflächen sind einladend und funktional.
Die Toilette und die Spa-ähnliche ebenerdige Dusche sind aus Gründen der Privatsphäre vom Waschbecken / Ankleidebereich getrennt.
Wir sind akribische Reinigungskräfte und wissen, dass Sie es zu schätzen wissen.

The unit itself was clean and well stocked - just your basic 1 BR condo. But the pool area was nice and not ever crowded and the location was convenient to everything. I liked being able to walk to the shops and to the beach. We had one question and the owners answered promptly. All in all a very nice home base for your trip.

We LOVED this property! The location is key. 10 mins from the airport, 30 mins to North Shore and 30 mins to Poipu. Great central location. There is shopping, Longs Drugs, dining and more all a 2-5 min walk. We rented bikes and did a couple of sunrise rides down mikes of a great boardwalk on the beach. This condo was thought out! They had a fully stocked kitchen in case you want to cook to include basic oils and spices. Plenty of coffee and a tea kettle. Towels, blankets, fans, pillows for extra comfort. Beach chairs, towels, cooler and a lot more. Toiletries! Full size shampoo, conditioners and body wash options. Little things like playing cards, umbrellas and extra batteries. Vivian was amazing to work with and we cannot wait to go back!

Lovely place to stay

Enjoyed out 13 days at this lovely condo. The pool is right there and most of the time we had it to ourselves. Right next to the Coconut Marketplace and an Italian Restaurant plus walking distance to shops and other restaurants. Excellent communication with the owner. If you plan on staying here, make sure you check the upper cupboards, on the right, when you walk in. Tons of laundry soap, bug spray, sunscreen, and many other things left by previous guests. A great place to stay.

Island paradise

We traveled to Kauai for a college graduation celebration for my two daughters We were on the go daily but were also able to relax and enjoy the beach front that is across the street from the condo complex, explore shopping and find a relaxing place to have drinks and enjoy outdoor games because we were right next to Coconut market. We also enjoyed the hot tub and poos when we had some downtime. The host, Vivian, was very responsive throughout the planning and gave ample information and recommendations on where to dine, shop, etc. the only issue we had was that the hide-a-bed in the quaint living space was broken so the girls had to blow up an air mattress daily, which created a space crunch and disarray so we were not easily able to enjoy sitting around inside. That being said, the Lanai was wonderful💜

Perfect honeymoon!!

First of all, I just want to say how great Vivian and Lyle are! They were extremely helpful. Even when I got my dates mixed up, they made it so easy and I’m so thankful that we were able to stay here. The place is super cute and perfect for couples or families. We were able to cook our own food and the drive to the north and south side of the island fairly easy. Great spot for the beach and other activities. We are definitely going to come back!

Vivian & Lyle’s property is stunning. The location is perfect. I don’t know how to drive yet, but I was able to rent a bike and commute anywhere. They’re near a market , beaches, a chill bike route. Everything. The place is clean , the scenery is gorgeous . Vivian and Lyle communicated with me , they are very sweet and kind . When I visit Kaua’i again, I am definitely booking them. I was lucky to be able to book them because they’re always booked, which is understandable. This place is perfect to get away and experience Kaua’i. Mahalo . 💖

I found this condo nice, clean, and in good shape. It is across the street from the beach (it really is not far of a walk). The hot tubs are a good temperature. Also, there is laundry on site (coin operated) which I found nice.

Great Condo!

This condo has everything you need and centrally located to get to all parts of the island! We loved that we could walk to our luau and also down the way to the lava lava club too. The pool being nearby was a plus! The room was just right for us :-). Would highly recommend!

Great condo in a nice central location

Very nice condo. Everything you might need is provided, other than food that is. Even a sample of traditional Hawaiian coffee! For groceries there's a 24 hour Safeway within walking distance which is a bonus. Condo building is only about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, which is nice if you arrive late at night like we did. From there you're centrally located for sightseeing either north or south. Your lanai is mere steps away from one of the property pools, and you're about a 2-3 minute walk to the ocean. The owner was always quick to answer any questions we had. When we had to leave early due to a family emergency at home they were very accomodatng and helpful. Thank you Vivian! 😀

Awesome Location!

Vivian & Lyle are wonderful to share this lovely condo with vacationers! The location on the island is perfect. The property is landscaped in typical lush Hawaiian fauna, very well manicured. LOCATION - The condo is just short walk to the beach path, a great market and local shops are right next store, and one of the 3 pools on the property is 10 steps off the lanai. The condo has been beautifully upgraded and has EVERYTHING you could need to cook and store food. Beach chairs & towels and some beach toys are provided by the owners. THE QUEEN BED IS SUPER COMFY!! The A/C worked great and was appreciated during the evening. I did give this property 5 starts, but there were a few things to mention - the sofa is a little uncomfortable, but who really hangs out inside the condo when the beach is a short stroll away? There is street noise when the lanai screen doors are open, although the cars going by are not visible. Friday and Saturday evening traffic was loud until 11pm. These were minor issues. We would definitely stay here again! Vivian & Lyle made sure we had everything we needed and were prompt in getting back to us with any questions during the booking process and checked-in with us via email during our stay. The couple traveling with us rented the King condo and had a perfect stay as well (they had no street noise). We would meet at the jacuzzi every night or stroll on the beach =) Thank you Vivian & Lyle. We will be back again!!!

Loved the location of the Hale Plantation condo. Kapaa has plenty of dining and entertainment options, including some within walking distance. Especially enjoyed the beaches and walk/bike path along the coast. The condo is very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The condos have three pools, including one within view of this condo.
