„We stayed there for 3 nights and got an upgrade to a suite. Thank you so much! The service was fantastic. The choice at the breakfast buffet was huge and there is certainly something for everyone. Opposite the hotel is a huge park with a very large playground. Our children loved it and still talk about the big playground every day. We can highly recommend this hotel, in particular it is very child-friendly and all wishes are fulfilled. Will stay here again for sure! “

„The room was spacious and clean, though it gave a slightly dated appearance. There was a strange smell from the bathroom, which solved itself after a shower. The breakfast buffet had great Japanese and Western options. The staff was all very polite. All in all it makes a decent pick if you are coming from a different part of Japan and are in need of a hotel close to the airport. They have a half hourly shuttlebus to and from the airport.
