Lots of local option for food/coffee/groceries/Dollar Store (for any items needed or forgotten) and 15-20 minutes to The Convention Center. House worked great for 8 adults and 5 teens. The adults each had our own room and there was enough room in the living space to put the teens. House was clean and everything worked fine. Only recommended items would be paper towels, kleenex and a pizza cutter. We would stay again if Comps ...

Huge plus!If you are a washcloth person, there were no wash cloths in the lower level shower. There was only one sharp knife that wasn’t very sharp in the kitchen.
