Vanessa was a breath of fresh air and we could tell that she loves helping people, no matter the situation! I was forced to travel 22 miles to Ellis to find an affordable room. The only drawback, the shower didn't drain. Other than that, it was convenient to the interstate and fast food. I will stay again, I think I will no longer stay in Hays. Hays has become too crowded and busy. “
