„I really have only one complaint, and that is their use of plug-in air fresheners. I was in a non-smoking room, so unless they were trying to cover pet smells, there was no need for one. I left the door open for 1.5 hrs. to try to air it out, after giving the plug-in to the front desk person. Just know this may be awaiting you, if you book a room! „Upon check-in, Tia was an absolute dream! What a wonderful person with such a dynamic personality! I got to my room, tried turning on the tv, to no avail. I called the front desk & Tia came IMMEDIATELY to my room & addressed the situation. I'm surprised there wasn't cable tv in the rooms. Who/what company does that this day in age?
