The Space:

Welcome to one of the largest short-term rentals near Kansas City’s iconic Country Club Plaza! With nearly 5,000 square feet of open-concept living space, a private pool, hot tub, multiple entertainment areas, and plenty of beds, this unforgettable retreat was designed for groups who want to stay, celebrate, and relax together.

Please note that this home features only one traditional enclosed bedroom. Most sleeping areas are open-concept and shared, making the property best suited for families, friends, teams, wedding groups, and other guests who are comfortable sharing sleeping spaces.

⚠️ IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

The split-level layout includes two half-flights of stairs.

🔥 The two gas fireplaces are decorative, nonfunctional, and not for guest use.

🐾 Pets are not permitted.

🚐 RV and trailer parking is not available.

Children must be supervised around the pool and hot tub at all times.

📍 COUNTRY CLUB PLAZA LOCATION

Stay close to the heart of Kansas City’s premier shopping, dining, entertainment, and nightlife district. The Country Club Plaza offers beautiful Spanish-inspired architecture, popular restaurants, local boutiques, national retailers, and seasonal events—all just moments from the home.



Guest Access:

All of 1000 Ward Parkway!The villa is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.



The Neighborhood:

Take a stroll to KC's prime shopping location, The Country Club Plaza. Minutes away from gondola rides on Brush Creek. Close to the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art, and just a short walk from the best restaurants in the city!



Getting Around:

Two car garage for first two vehicles. 1 additional car can be parked outside of garage. Any additional vehicles must park off of the property. Paid parking is available at The Fontaine. Street parking available on The Plaza.



The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible.Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules.





Disclaimer- The property has external cameras. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the case of a break-in, death, injury, or in the rare stay where house rules are broken, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.



PETS:

Unauthorized pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
