„My friend and I stayed here for a girls' weekend. Although the weather was snow/icy and cold, there was plenty to do in the area. The home alone was enough for us to stay warm and comfortable in. Plenty of bedroom and living room space. The two screened in porches would be perfect for summer, especially with the river across the road. „This little cabin was great - comfortable and clean. Kept us warm on cold nights (and was already warm when we arrived). James provided plenty of bottled water for us and a big container of water for dish- and hand-washing. Outhouse was clean, well-ventilated, and conveniently located. „I just fell in love with it when i saw it. It was so warm and cozy and loaded with amenities. It was very relaxing and peaceful. I was mou rning the loss of a sister this christmas so it was exactly what i needed. The hosts were very accommodating. It is also dog friendly which is a huge plus to find a nice place that accepts dogs! I look forward to booking again in the future.“

„This was such a cute little cabin. It’s right across the street from the marina, so my dogs were able to sit in the grass and watch the boats go by. Rachel was so responsive when we had questions, she even wrote us a little thank you card and left it on the table. We would definitely recommend staying here. It’s not too far from Jamestown or Kinzua Dam, where we like to hike every summer. Thank you again for the experience, Rachel!“

„The home was very nice, clean, and renewed. It was a pleasant stay which our dog enjoyed as well due to the small gated area we could let him out into. We had contacted the owner a couple of times, and he was always quick to answer. We would absolutely stay here again!“
