„I stayed at Haya Guesthouse for my first night in Yerevan. I had a late arrival and they coordinated a pickup, and when my card wasn’t working at the airport they helped me figure out a solution to get my transportation squared away while I figured out the ATM situation. As a woman traveling alone it was extremely valuable to have such a safe and communicative crew making sure I arrived smoothly!“

„Very lazy and poor Level of Service..Not Meeting the expectations of 5 Stars Hotels.“

„This hotel is an excellent choice for families looking for a quiet and peaceful stay. My only suggestion is regarding the double bed, which was quite small for two adults. I would recommend upgrading to standard-size double beds to make guests’ stay more comfortable“

„Sehr gut “

„Hervorragende, moderne, vermutlich nagelneue Anlage.

„Manager says and promised but doesn’t accomplish anything“

My only complaint is that as a vegan it wasn’t worth going down for breakfast. There were a few salad items but the bread was stale and no plant-based milks. I brought my own oat milk, and coffee was OK but not great. For most people though it looked like they had a plentiful breakfast. I’d have been happy with better bread and better coffee. „Vielen Dank, alles in Ordnung“

„Perfekt!!!! Herzlichen Dank!!!!! Alles hat gestimmt. Sehr freundlich und sehr leckeres Frühstück. 👍👍👍“
