„Need to refinish “

„Big spaces room for 3A + 1C. Comfortable bed.“

„Das Hotel liegt ausserhalb der Altstadt. Es ist neu modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und gibt gerne Empfehlungen z.b. Restaurants etc. In unmittelbarer Umgebung mehrere gute und preiswerte Restaurants. Wegen der Entfernung zur Altstadt sollte man über ein Fahrzeug verfügen. “

„Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!“

„The place that I stay it's like never been clean before guest come in, it's full of dust and sand even on the bed. The curtain at the porch very dirty and a little smelly and also please put roof at the toliet it's very uncomfortable when rain and u want take a poop for a while but u are drenched because of the rain like it is in the middle of the night and it's very cold. Otherwise all okay just the room it's a little bit uncomfortable for me, yes on the day we likely not in the room much. But ...

„Good“

„Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße sehr ruhig gelegen. Dennoch sind Geschäfte und Restaurants gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist äußerst nett und zuvorkommend.“

„Staff there quite friendly but the hotel is a bit old and limited facilities and electrical appliances. No fridge and no lift. Not convenient if you caring a lot of luggage. “

„The price and the condition of the hotel doesnt match. Really need a major renovation. Asking for a king bed but end up being sent to two single bed. Didnt notify upfront. Furthermore i was there the whole time while waiting for check in at 3 pm but the guy at the front counter didnt tell me upfront that i have to give a deposit of Rm 100 in cash. The walkway was dirty and filthy. I can get a better place if im at the other place. Not recommended“

„This is a quaint hotel in the Cameroon Highlands. Here you can enjoy high tea in the afternoon or in the evening you can sit before the fireplace and enjoy a drink. Because of the high elevation it is cool in the evenings so that you can sleep with the bedroom window open and enjoy the cool night air. The hotel has a classical feel with all the modern conveniences. The food is excellent in the restaurant. We will definitely come again if we are ever in the highlands again.“
