When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund. Eventually he offered us a family ...

„It’s an old property. Maintenance was at bare minimum. Bed sheets, pillow covers & blankets have stains. Cleanliness was average. Owners should think of refurbish the rooms. “

„Staff were excellent. Only a couple of the lights were not working and the room smelt of cigarette even thought it was non-smoking room. “

„Das sehr freundliche und rund um die Uhr hilfsbereite Personal kompensiert die Schwächen des Hotels. Baulich und technisch nicht mit Hotels in großen Metropolen zu vergleichen. Jedoch erkennbar große Bemühungen den Einrichtungs- und Servicestandart hoch zu halten. Der geflieste Boden der großen Zimmer mindert den Komfort. Jedoch war er dafür, genau wie der Rest des Zimmers, bis in die Ecken sauber. Für meine geschäftlichen Zwecke insgesamt sehr gut geeignet.“

„Istay in 03 room. The room is small. Tv reception an wifi are not good. To get to the room I have to go through under the stair feel like going into the cave.“
