The home is strategically located near social amenities like restaurants, supermarkets, Gyms, Saunas, and pharmacies. It is on the 1st floor, house 3. House is convenient for group stays, family vacations, and short and long-stay guests. Brand-new amenities and furniture await you during your stay. Spacious, clean, well-lit, and safe are some of the main highlights of your stay.

It is fitted with a modern, comfortable sofa set, smart TV with streaming services like Netflix, and unlimited fast internet (WI-FI).

Kitchen;
Sure eating at the finest restaurant can be fun, but sometimes we all need a home-cooked meal. That is why the kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials you will need to cook and bake for your family's delicious meals. It’s an open concept with everything you need: cutlery, cups, glasses, saucepans, refrigerator, electric kettle, electric and gas cooker, microwave, coffee, and kitchen utensils.

We have put in a larger four-seater dining table


Master bedroom;
With a King size bed, good size closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with hot water running, fresh towels, and bedding.

Second Bedroom;
With a Queen size bed, spacious closet space next to the bathroom with hot water running, fresh towels, and bedding.

Security;
A contracted security firm provides 24/7 security. Other security features include a ring doorbell and a tightly fitted wooden door with a lock.

Parking;
Have free parking spaces at the front of the condominium, and ample car parking is available for guests.

Laundry;
The laundry area with a washing machine and a drying rack provided, Basic laundry detergents, an ironing board, and flat iron are also provided.
