„As I book the property, I have paid everything on the expedia app as soon as I got to the hotel, they asked me to pay 1000 rupee at the reception I did tell them that I have paid everything on the app, but they said I still need to pay 1000 rupee bad experience with Expedia and the hotel misleading customers “

„Room was simple and good“

„I have booked the property online @INR 682. When i reached the property the staff at the reception made me to pay INR 1482. When I asked him he said your room has been upgraded but i was not been notified about it. Moreover non of the staff were coperative and were not polite as well. I had this kind of experience forst time. And even breakfast was included in the booking but they staff denied at the begining and argued with me but then he agreed for the breakfast. Overall i am not satisfied ...
