„This property was perfect for what we needed! Plenty of space, close to the lake, secluded area which was nice to have quite time too“

„We absolutely loved our stay here! Carley’s place was spacious, very clean, and just so nice. There were even fresh flowers! There was awesome communication from her and we had everything and more than we needed due to her rocking host qualities. The view is beautiful and the location is unbeatable and walkable to everything fun. We would love to stay here again, it is an awesome, awesome place to call home for an Elk Rapids trip.“

„Enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect distance to/from town for all the things!“

„Absolutely loved staying at this house right above the Sand Bar on Torch Lake. It’s a perfect location. The host was beyond amazing with all communications as well. Thank you! Walmart delivers here…“

„It was really hard to find the unit. I had to look at a map posted in a previous review to help us, and luckily we arrived during daylight hours. I don’t think we would have found it at night. The unit itself was very clean and had comfy beds. It had everything we needed for a long weekend. The area is quiet and a 15 min drive to the lakes and shops. We were disappointed with the pool area. It seems run down, the hot tub was broken (and has been for at least a year according to a resident), the ...

„It was okay. The floor was sandy but over all it was pretty clean. The beds were really comfortable. Are main reason for staying here was the beach but that was a let down and we ended up driving to the state park to spend the day at that beach.“

„The house was perfect for our group of 10 — 4 kids, 6 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out — the kids loved the lower level and the loft, and we spent a lot of time outside on the deck. The house is located in a quiet wooded area. We would definitely stay here again — Jenna was a super attentive host and ready to help.“

„Nice quiet place for a weekend stay“

„Lucas was an excellent host who replied almost immediately to any request or question we had. He went above and beyond by checking to see that we arrived safely and had everything we needed. The treehaus is beautifully decorated and has a little something for every age. A basket of dinosaurs for the littles, board games for any age, and comfy places to relax. It was great to have three rooms with king size beds plus the bunk room. Excellent place to stay for a large family or group!“

„Very quiet location in a nice neighborhood with access to all of the Torch Lake fun stuff. Inside is clean, updated and well maintained. Sitting area on the back deck and front porch, outdoor firepit, full fridge including freezer with ice, plus fully stocked kitchen. We even saw 6 deer (3 babies) walk by. Great place to stay!“

„The house is even better than the pictures. It’s in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. It was spotless and well stocked. Great for a family vacation with 5 adults and 5 kids (ages 9-16). The game room provided entertainment when we weren’t enjoying the beaches which are close by. Hosts were great in responding to a few minor questions. Highly recommend this rental!“

„Centrally located just outside of downtown Elk Rapids. The home is within walking distance to downtown ER, the beach, the Shorts Pull Barn & nearby grocery store. It’s a great jumping off point for day trips to TC, Petoskey, Bellaire and more. Despite being located off a main road, the home is quiet & offers a peaceful setting. All of the rooms include large smart TVs, and comfortable beds. Communication with the host was seamless, responsive and informative. Pricing was a great value, providing ...

„This unit was in an ideal location. Less than 2 blocks to the beach, with nice view of the lake. Comfortable and clean condo. Walk to everything downtown. We had a great stay.“

„This was a great stay for our company retreat. It was close to the Grand Traverse Resort where we had meetings. Everyone was very comfortable.“

„Great location for Shanty Creek golfing. Well stocked kitchen. Nice fire pit with plenty of wood provided. Would stay here again.“
