This air conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and it is the perfect choice for travellers looking for peace, quiet and a relaxing stay. It has its own independent entrance accessible by staircase. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. There are also 2 extra foldable couch-beds, making it ideal for a family with kids. Both the living room and bedroom offer direct access to the shaded veranda. All windows and doors have curtains, screens for flies and shutters for the sun.
Here one can enjoy the mountain fresh air and oxygen and within 15 minutes to descend to his swim in the sea, in one of the many fabulous messinian beaches (sandy beach of Kalamaki ca. 6 km).
Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment.

The swimming pool and the garden are shared.

This house is located in Mathia village. Mathia is built at 450m altitude above the sea within a lush green area. The Kalamata airport is 40 minutes away and Athens is only 3 hours by car.

There is a regional tavern at 3km.
All the necessary amenities (ATM, pharmacy, bakery, farmers market, gas-station, mini-market, cafes, tavernas, etc) can be found at Petalidi village (9 km).

Lots of places to visit are very close: Voidokilia beach, Gialova lagoon, Pylos, Foinikounta, Methoni, Koroni, Kyparissia, Kalamata, ancient Messini, Mystras and Mani.

Baby cot is available for free upon request.
Bed linen, pillows and towels are provided, breakfast is not included.
