The Space:

The outdoor area naturally brings everyone together. Both apartments open onto a covered veranda with shaded seating overlooking the garden and olive trees, while the pool sits just in front, becoming the central place to relax, cool off, or spend time as a group.



Casa Plati 1 includes an open-plan living and kitchen area with comfortable seating and a smart TV, along with two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second features three single beds. The layout is practical and well-suited for families or groups needing separate sleeping spaces. A foldable bed can be added upon request for an additional guest.



Casa Plati 2 also follows an open-plan layout, with a living area that includes a sofa bed, along with a smart TV. It has one separate bedroom with a double bed, making it a flexible option for additional guests or a smaller group within the same stay.



Both kitchens are fully equipped for everyday use, with stovetops, microwaves, air fryers, fridges, coffee machines, and all essential utensils, making it easy to prepare and share meals across both spaces.



Each apartment has its own modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and clean, practical finishes.



The garden surrounds the property with olive trees and open space, while the pool is exclusively for your group, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor areas without sharing with others.
