• Tokongawa Retreat will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 4.5 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.



⭐️ Booking Conditions & Notes

• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. Please see our General Terms & Conditions for full details

• Air-conditioning - All bedrooms are air-conditioned providing wonderful comfort for sleeping in Summer or Winter.

• Small Children - Due to the presence of the swimming pool and spa pool, stairways, balustrades & steep areas in the surrounding bush & trails, young children will require careful supervision.

• Swimming pool - The pool is heated between December & April, when the weather is warmer and the days are longer. The actual water temperature will be subject to weather conditions. Outside of the 'swimming months', the heating is ineffective and will not be operated. Cold water swimming will of course be possible - please let us know if you intend to swim during this time and we'll have the pool serviced prior to your arrival.

• Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the parking & driveway areas as well as the seaward access to the property.



⭐️Check in & Check out

• Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm.

• Early check-in (1pm and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.



⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.

• Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
