    The Space:

    You need never leave this four-bedroom home to have a memorable vacation in Kailua-Kona, as you'll have your very own outdoor pool, a private hot tub, and a picnic and grilling area on the terrace to enjoy in the Big Island sunshine. Yet this property also boasts an ideal location for beach-going and exploring, with Magic Sands Beach Park less than half a mile up the road.





    Scenically set among the palms and a few houses back from the ocean, this two-level home was designed to accommodate a crowd. There are small comforts and conveniences everywhere you look, from the two washers and two dryers on the back patio to the six TVs positioned throughout the house.





    Make yourself at home in the main living space on the second floor, offering exposed-beam ceilings, windows on three sides that frame tropical greenery, and an airy layout that's only enhanced by opening the balcony doors. The living room has a pair of sofas and a big-screen TV and entertainment system, while the dining room table sits in the light and the breeze of the sliding glass doors. The kitchen has every essential appliance (including a double-door refrigerator and a dishwasher) and a peninsula breakfast bar for four. An additional kitchenette - with a refrigerator and a microwave - awaits downstairs in the family room.





    You'll be able to spend your days or nights swimming in the outdoor pool, soaking in the hot tub, rinsing off in the outdoor shower, and manning the gas grill for barbecues on the terrace. Cap your evenings with DVD, Blu-ray, or Netflix favorites before retiring to one of the four bedrooms, each of which has blissful air conditioning for a restful night's sleep.

We have very relaxing and enjoyable stay with my family at this property. As advertised, this property is very close by to Magic sand beach. This property at a good quiet neighbourhood surrounded by some tropical trees, so you hear bird chirping and singing throughout the day. It was very relaxing stay.

Perfect for our vacation

It was ideally located for early mornings at Magic Sands, as well as all the things we wanted to do. Loved the space; plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and all we needed in a house. Pool and hot tub were ideal after a day in the sun. Hope to book again for our next trip.

Location, location, location Loved the central location to everything that we wanted to do on a daily basis. Home is homey and pool is a great benefit for winding down for the day. We enjoyed staying at this property with our family of eight people. It was at very convenient location 10 mins walk away from Magic sand beach. House was very clean and equipped with all the necessary equipments as mentioned in property page. Swimming pool and hot tub were very clean as well. Above all, this property in very quiet neighborhood so during morning hours and almost throughout the day you can see and hear bird singing and chirping which feels very relaxing. We definitely recommend staying at this property

Perfect for the Family

We booked this home because it had the perfect amount of space for our family. We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers. It was cool in all of the rooms and had everything we needed to cook our meals. It is walking distance to magic sands beach and was in a great location for heading into downtown kona. We would gladly rent here again.

Nice place for a group of 8!

Overall a nice home and a good place to stay. A short walk to the beach, and a quick drive to Kailua-Kona. Was a really good location for our Ironman athletes. Without central air, it does get warm in much of the home by early afternoon, but the bedrooms are able to cool fairly quickly at night with the window air conditions.

Great Location and House.

The house was amazing and location was amazing. The kitchen was so amazingly well appointed and had everything we needed even the necessary condiments that you cannot travel with. The pool was absolutely amazing and was a life saver for afternoon swims. The only comment was that the main living area was incredible hot all the time even with all the fans on. Totally recommend this house for amazing family stay.

We absolutely loved the swimming pool. The location is perfect. It is so close to beaches and the trolly for shopping. It needs a few portable A/C units in the upstairs common areas instead of fans to make it comfortable. The owners even dropped by an ice chest. That was very sweet & thoughtful. Thank you!

Great location & great facilities

The physical layout of this house was perfect for our group! Lots of space for everyone. The pool area was lovely and included pool floaties and snorkeling gear. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was perfect, and there were lots of supplemental fans to circulate air. It got a bit warm upstairs in late afternoon. Overall, a great location, and great physical layout.

Quiet and Beautiful

This house was in a cul-de-sac and very quiet! The pool and hot tub was awesome. Hot Tub was much needed for the muscles after some great surfing. 10 minute walk to the Magic Sands beach and restaurant. Plenty of space for a big family, everyone had their own room and bathroom. Great customer service! I will rent this place again, what a great find and experience!! Thank you Vacasa!!

The home is very expensive but nice for a group needing 4 bedrooms. The house is comfortable and with decent accommodations The pool is a nice addition. The area is very busy so walking to closest beach (it is very rocky and without much sand) which is a little less than half a mile, must be done carefully. You need a car here.

Not stocked well enough , pool deck needs maintenance and cleaning! House needs deep cleaning and dishwasher needs to be moved!! Large enough for a large family but will say without central air almost unbearable at night upstairs! We rented thru Vrbo for different price , I will say if I would of paid the price posted on vacasa I would of been seriously disappointed ! We purchased several things for the house ..

Nice place for a family gathering!

This place suited wonderfully - good location, good price, and the pool and hot tub were just awesome! We had read a few reviews that the place was really hot in the LR and that proved to be quite true! Be prepared for that. But we didn’t care, we had some older adults who didn’t like climbing stairs so the visiting happened on the first floor and that was perfect! The set up is really great - 2 BR 2 Bth upstairs and same downstairs, plus each have a kitchen. (Though first floor no stove). Everything was very clean, but also the house shows wear. If you are looking for really high end snazzy this really isn’t the place, but if you want comfy, convenient, and the fun of a pool and hot tub, this is terrific. We had a great time!!!
