However, there were things about the stay which troubled us, so we will not recommend this property to others, and are giving the lowest rating possible. The poor communication of the staff and management was the main issue with the stay. Their attitude when being told the bed was uncomfortable, was not agreeable, and they did not wish to fix the issue. „Prima Studio/Appartment ca 30 Minuten vom Grand Canyon entfernt, ausserhalb des National Parks. Check-in und -out sehr schnell und unkompliziert im nahe gelegenen Hotel. Für uns war es die perfekte Location zu vertretbarem Preis. Alles vorhanden für die Selbstverpflegung, aber man sollte sich das Wesentliche von weiter her mitbringen. Der Supermarkt vor Ort ist klein und hat Apothekenpreise. Keine Spülmaschine, aber der Zimmerservice hat jeweils abgespült. “

„The bathroom was not cleaned between guest. There were poop stains on the toilet. The fridge had the previous guests food in it and the TV didn’t work. Front desk lady blames us for rushing her because we showed up 30 min early for our check in time. She moved us to a different room that was not much better. The room temp would either be burning hot or freezing cold. No in between. You are better off staying in a hotel.“
