„Very tidy, spacey and comfy place to stay for a big group or family. Close to hornby hub and wigram shopping area. And the double garage was great! Beds were more to a hard level. Not too comfy for those who love to sleep on a soft to medium bed. Luckily, all my 4 sisters love to sleep on a hard bed! Some kitchen items and furniture were quite worn out, and the breakfast chairs were also wobbly (need some fixing or replacements) as they can be dangerous to sit on. „Fantastic stay in New Brighton. We loved being near He Puna Taimoana, going for walks on the beach and discovering the local wetlands. We enjoyed the local cafes and found a great Thai place.The apartment is very comfortable and well set up. Our older son loved having his own space, and everything works well and has been carefully thought out. „We spent a week at this flat while my daughter attended a holiday workshop nearby. The location in Merivale/St Albans was excellent, with good restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby.Clark was a lovely host who kindly accommodated our changing needs.“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Two very spacious bedrooms, the spa is a definite bonus in the winter and having our own parking space a plus. The Addington Coffee Co-operative is just down the street supplying great coffee, food and vibe. It had everything we needed and more.“

„I suggest that the beds do not need so many cushions on top of them! It is not very practical and where do you put them when you go to bed? Not a big issue but worth considering! Thank you“

„Wonderful location, walking distance to Riverside and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable house with absolutely everything we needed. Would highly recommend this property and I would love to stay again!“

„Our stay was amazing, the house is very clean modern and easy to find. The only downside we did have was the parking situation as there isn’t a lot of free parking available. Walking into the city was really easy, everything was simple to find with us making trips to woolies most nights. The host is very lovely and easy to communicate with. Other than the parking situation this is a 10/10 property and will happily stay again on our next visit to beautiful Christchurch “
