This might be the nicest unit in the complex, being corner and ground floor, and the complex is also really nice. Great views, with one small caveat: there’s a hedge on the right side of the property that obstructs some of the view to the west. „This is a nice and quiet complex with many permanent owner occupants. The location is close to shops and stores. Charley Young beach was an easy walk down the street. The Kitchen has everything needed. Beach chairs provided. Large lanai where we enjoyed coffee and some meals. The contact person Cheryl was available for any questions and help. The desk was ideal for one guest who was working daily. There is a pickle ball court. Parking for guests is easy. There are a few steps as the complex is ...

„This corner unit has direct ocean views from two sides, and is very tastefully decorated with a beach vibe. Everything you’ll need is stocked in the kitchen and there are beach chairs and umbrellas as well. The laundry is a shared, coin-op laundry and the bedroom is on the street side of the condo which was sometimes noisy in the early mornings, especially on garbage day. But the coziness of the condo and the incredible location, steps from the beach, made it a place we’d definitely return ...

„The grounds were beautiful and the access to the beach was great. It was neat to watch all the sea turtles that sunbath on the beach and rock wall.The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans for all our cooking needs. “
