Upon arrival, I was first given the wrong room, which had a broken shower and exposed electrical cables something that felt extremely unsafe. The bed was in very poor condition, with an unpleasant smell, and the towels provided were old and worn out. Loud music played until 4:30 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. „This is a smart hotel in a nice part of Kigali. I liked the size of the room and the gold trim on the ceiling gave it a Regal feel. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was nice. The swimming pool was a good size. I enjoyed the surrounding area as there were lots of retail outlets around and I had my hair cut at a local saloon. The hotel is within walking distance of the Genocide Memorial and the whole place is very picturesque.“
