Renters will receive a mid-week tidy on their third day following check-in. This consists of making of beds, fresh towels, and removal of trash. Additional services are available for a fee.

Complimentary shuttle travels between Ka’anapali and three locations in Lahaina.

Checking in is just like checking into a hotel. The rooms are assigned by the front desk upon arrival based on best available. Specific locations around the resort can be requested, but are not guaranteed. All rooms are maintained to the Westin Standard.

The State of Hawai’i charges a small occupancy tax on vacation ownership villas of about $10-$12 per night that is collected from the renter at the front desk upon checkout. Other than this occupancy tax, there are no other fees.
