Der Maui Kai ist ein wahres Juwel des Pazifiks. Der weltberühmte Nord-Ka'anapali-Strand ist die Nummer 2 für Spezialunterkünfte im fabelhaften Lahaina und bietet die spektakuläre Kulisse für dieses wundervolle Resort. Außerdem hat Travelers 'Choice 2013 Ka'anapali Beach zum NUMBER 1 BEACH in den USA ernannt!

Wenden Sie sich an den Eigentümer Bob Davis, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten. Wir benötigen eine vorab genehmigte Kaution in Höhe von 250 USD und eine unterzeichnete Gästevereinbarung 60 Tage vor Ihrer Ankunft. Die Wohnung ist mit einem Startervorrat an Toilettenpapier, Papierhandtüchern, Spülmittel und Spülmittel bestückt.

Unsere Wohnung im siebten Stock wurde im wunderschönen Inselstil neu eingerichtet. Neue Möbel, Kunst, Fußböden, Wandverkleidungen - es ist auffällig!

Die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Nachbarinseln Lanai und Molokai ist nur ein Teil der Attraktionen der geräumigen Veranda, die Sie erwartet. Von Dezember bis April tummeln sich jedes Jahr die prächtigen Buckelwale vor Ihren Augen im blauen Pazifik. Hawaiianische grüne Meeresschildkröten, Mönchsrobben, Tintenfische, Spinnerdelfine und eine große Auswahl tropischer Fische befinden sich nur wenige Schritte vom Gebäude entfernt im Meer. Schnorcheln ist fantastisch im Wasser an unserem Strand oder gehen Sie nach Süden zum „Black Rock“ und fordern Sie sich heraus, das Zurückschwimmen zu genießen.

Die Aussicht vom siebten Stock ist spektakulär, da eine ganze Glaswand einen unvergleichlichen Blick auf das Meer vor Ihnen bietet. Im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen Einheiten im Gebäude ist die Veranda völlig frei, um den Ozean zu sehen. Keine Bildschirmwände, die die herrliche Aussicht einschränken. Unsere zentrale Etage in der 7. Etage bietet einen 180-Grad-Blick - das Beste im Gebäude sowie absolute Privatsphäre. Die Küche der Wohnanlage verfügt über Geräte in voller Größe, Granitoberflächen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und alle erdenklichen Werkzeuge der Köche. Wirklich eine "Kochküche". Die beiden Gasgrills aus Edelstahl in der Pool-Cabana helfen Ihnen auch dabei, unvergessliche Mahlzeiten auf Maui zuzubereiten.

Der Maui Kai ist ein seltener Fund und wird aufgrund seiner hervorragenden Lage, seines Wertes und seiner großartigen Attraktionen in allen Reiseführern erwähnt. Unser Haus verfügt über einen großen Flachbildfernseher an der Wand im Wohnzimmer, einen Flachbildfernseher und einen Blu-ray / DVD-Player im Schlafzimmer, eine Filmbibliothek und viel Lesematerial. Kostenloses WIFI im gesamten. Der offene Grundriss bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer von der Küche, der Essbar, dem Wohn- und Esszimmer und sogar vom Schlafzimmer aus.

Mit Lahaina ein paar Autominuten südlich, Kapalua ein paar Autominuten nördlich, Farmer's Market einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und Whalers Village eine halbe Stunde am Strand oder auf der Promenade entlang, ist die Lage der Wohnung unschlagbar.

Relaxing week

The view was great and one day we saw so many whales we lost count. The bed was comfortable as was the furniture in the living room area. We did have a problem getting good tv reception but we didn’t watch much anyway. The internet connection was good. While it would be nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit it was just across the hall which was convenient enough. We would recommend this property to others.

This location is the best view in Maui. We were there during whale season and spent as much time on the lanai as we could. Saw sooo many whales. Saw turtles every day, monk seals and dolphins. Absolutely Loved it. Bed is comfy, building is great. We had a fantastic stay! Thank you so much!!

Perfect location and beautiful view

I will say that this has reached our favorites list. It was an incredible stay. I was there for about a week for work and the location and view was spectacular. I highly recommend Java Jazz across the street for great eats and drinks. As far as the apartment, it was amazing. AC was comfortable, we had everything we needed and that VIEW!!!! You could see turtles and the sunset was amazing after a long day at work. We will be back. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Magnificent Sunsets

The condo was clean and reasonably well stocked. While the interior is a little dated, the 180 degree view of the ocean, the sunset, and the sea turtle superhighway more than made up for it. We’ll most likely be back!

Positives: The location was literally right on the beach! Most of the time you couldn't walk in front of the building without getting wet. Nice beach on either side of it. We spent hours watching turtles off the balcony. Once saw whale spouts with binoculars. The bed was very comfortable. The gas grills in the pool area were very nice and we used them several times. The grocery store was in walking distance. Negatives: The unit is very outdated. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable. We never found any pot holders to remove dishes from the oven. There wasn't a washer & dryer in the unit. It was coin operated in the hall.

Absolutely breath taking

This property exceeded all of our expectations. The pictures in the listing definitely don’t do it justice. We are checking out in two hours so I am writing this review from the lanai. Currently in my field of view are three sea turtles, whales spouting in the distance and two beautiful islands. The lanai is so amazing that we spent the last two days of our 8 night stay on the lanai, just soaking everything in and do not regret a second of it. The location is great. While it’s not a resort, it’s a 5 minute walk next door if you want to enjoy a pool day or something. Duke’s next door was delicious. The Inu pool bar two properties down at the Westin makes the best Mai Tais in my opinion and they had no problem with us relaxing and buying drinks by the pool most of a day. Thank you Bob for the lifetime memories my wife and I will have of this trip.

Stunning view and privacy!!!

Sounds of the ocean....Stunning view!!! We loved the privacy this location afforded us. We were in walking distance to many resorts and restaurants but we did not have the noise of big pools and slides nor were people able to look at us on our balcony. This condo has a direct straight view to the water, Molokai and Lanai. We saw dolphins, turtles, outriggers, catamarans and other ocean fun all from our balcony. The condo itself is just like the pictures. There are usable beaches to the right and left but directly in front there are only rocks. Loved it! The bed was comfortable. We loved that we had both a fan and a/c. The condo is a close drive to downtown Lahaina and Whaler's Village. Safeway isn't far and Times market is practically across the street. There is a 12 cup coffee maker. There were filters and we bought fresh ground coffee. If you plan to cook, just know you will need some basics like salt & pepper or spices. We reached out to our host about a minor issue and he got back to us promptly. All in all, a lovely, relaxing trip! We are already trying to plan another visit to #704!!!

Best trip ever!

What a beautiful condo! Everything was as listed, the condo is quiet, clean, and everything worked well, no issues whatsoever. Fantastic location for picnic dinners on the beach and viewing sunrise and sunset. We saw dolphins and turtles from the lanai. Location was great to access West Maui, Whaler’s Village, Lahaina, without feeling like we were in a crowded touristy spot. Walking distance to a food truck park that had excellent food can’t say enough. Great things about this place would love to come back.

Property is a little dated, but well maintained; amenities include cabana area with free computer/printing. Pool is great and not too crowded. Unit itself is comfortable with a fabulous on ocean experience. Easy access to beachfront walk that goes all the way to other end of Kaanpi beach. Will rent again when on Maui!

Beautiful Condo

Nice condo with a beautiful ocean view. The property itself was straight forward and to the point- coin operated laundry, small pool and hot tub. However, it is walking distances to resorts and beaches which is convenient. Close to great local restaurant. Condo is well stocked with towels, beach chair, extra pillows, and blankets. I think cushions, carpets, extra blankets and kitchen knobs are due for a deep clean as they did not feel/smell the cleanest. Overall enjoyed our time and a solid place to stay.

Location of property was amazing! The condo was adequately furnished with outdated things. That didn’t bother us tho! The condo itself is very outdated and worn also, which wasn’t that much of an issue either! What bothered us was, although surface cleaning was great, in corners, behind bedroom door and especially behind toilet on floor, there was mold! An easy thing to take care of, but pretty icky to find when you are paying a reasonable cleaning fee! Also, no kitchen towels or hot pads to be found! Loved the lani !

Wonderful

Exactly as described. We have stayed in several locations in this area in years past -but this was a great location, close to everything and a very quiet complex with free parking! We had two wonderful weeks of beautiful sunsets as well as moonlight views overnight on the ocean and daily whale watching. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning on the lanai and saw whales every time. The laundry and soda machine is right across the hall- super easy access, if needed. Really a wonderful home to relax in and enjoy the views! I can hardly wait to plan another trip- Thank you Bob!

The views and lanai say it all. We saw dolphins, turtles and a blue fish. Everything is as advertised but Bob does need to update his information regarding the wifi. It is there, just a different process to log in and access it.

Amazing Location

It was our first stay in Maui and we are so glad we stayed here. It's not the fanciest but nice enough (bath towels, blanket & bedspread didn't look or feel the newest or cleanest). But what made it amazing and so worth having the condo is the location. Being on the 7th floor right next to the ocean and having 180 degree views of the ocean puts the rating at a 5. There was problem with a shattered glass pane on the sliding door, which was caused by previous visitors. Bob apologized and has said he will refund us some money back for the inconvience which we are hoping he does. We were there during a Kona Low which caused damage to the island and was rather unnerving with the strong wind blowing hard against a taped up glass pane. The shattered pane was something we tried hard to baby as not to cause further damage opening and closing the damaged slider to the lanais didn't slide as easily. The condo is in a great location for sites, shopping and lovely, gradual beaches. We snorkeled right off the beach in front. We were thrilled to whale watch over and over while sitting on the lanais. We would definitely consider staying here again.

WIFI

It was good with the exception of internet/WIFI. Our contact for property did not help with situation. On plus side our air conditioner broke down, sounds like a negative. But the maintenance staff (Stan) did an excellent job getting it fixed ASAP.
