„absolutes Top Hotel. Alle Mitarbeiter sind mit Freude an der Arbeit“

„Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at ...

„The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.“

„Not the whole building is a hotel so don’t get blended by the picture. The lobby is a non air conditioned simple and dark area with a temporary looking check-in desk. The hotel has no breakfast room, there is no breakfast at all. Air conditioning in the room works only limited. So if you are looking for a nice 4 star hotel, this is not the place to go. If you are ok with a simple low cost 3 star hotel then you are fine. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly, this on a positive note.“

„Time to upgrade“

„Not suitable for families, specially with children. Used for not so good reasons,“

„A good stay for a few nights if you’re looking for inexpensive without the frills. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Filtered water dispensers on each floor, and that was a bonus; bottled water also included in the room. It is convenient that the location is in a plaza, which includes laundromats, convenience stores, and restaurants.“

„New place. Clean room. Only downside is that the mall not fully open. “

„under my expectation“

„The reception staff were helpful and polite. The room was spacious with a pantry, dining table and sufficient bathroom amenities. However, the pillow didn't feel clean or fresh and the room smelled of moth balls which reduced somewhat after a few days but did not completely go away. The location was a bit far for me and LDP can be quite jam especially at peak hours.“

„I'm a very picky in terms of comfort and cleanliness, overall the rating I'm giving it's a 9/10. Even though they say it's a capsule size but it's more of a mini room.“

„The surrounding is noisy and disturbing sleep“

„For a relatively new property, it is a pity that the bed is absolutely lack of support. Room is full of warning signs of fines. Crazy!!“

„Overall the hotel was justified with its price.“

„Check in process was quite slow and staff not really happy to help. The room was quite old and not maintained. Towels are not clean. The elevator is quite slow, so please plan your check out well. However. It's walking distance to Hextar world mall which convenient.“

„The place was dirty and the location was terrible.“

„The photos on the website looked great. That was the only attraction. Checkin out has a single cover and there was a tour group before me. The fixtures in the room were breaking apart.“
